Works Very Very well fits in my mouth it’s harder to breath ( as expected ) and just over all a really good item.

Arrived on time with some to spare, the device is exactly as described and I can see the build is in plastic so when it can no longer work as, I'm prepared to get another. This thing is perfect, I truly think it is the best way to kick any smoking habit as well as building lung capacity and builds some kind of endurance as well mentally push the person to work out with a kind of vigor.
